SHX circulating fluidized bed(CFB) hot water boiler is a new generation of low speed internal circulating fluidized bed(CFB) hot water boiler. While inheriting the advantages of the original technology, vortex fluidized combustion technology, vortex wind separation structure design, parametric design technology, and material return technology have achieved major technological breakthroughs and are national patent products. In the separator structure, it increases the spiral guide to extend the inlet acceleration section of the separator to improve the separation efficiency of the separator, make up for the lack of combustion of coal particles in the furnace, and improve the combustion efficiency. It adopts a membrane type water-cooled wall to cleverly arrange the furnace, separator and return system into a single unit, and has a compact structure.
Coal and air enter a fluidized combustion chamber, mixing and ignition combustion, forming dense phase and dilute phase area of the burning material in the furnace, plus two air inlet pipes in the upper part of the dense phase area, making the material more fully burning, in favor of the boiler load regulation. According to the different kinds of coal, the proportion of the general one or two times air is 7:3 or 6:4. The solid material with a large number of fine particles is separated from the solid material in the gas-solid separator after the furnace outlet, and the flue gas enters the tail heating surface, and the separated materials are sent back to the main fuel through the return device. The burning chamber is reburning. Until the combustible matter contained in coal is released.
