Circulating fluidized bed(CFB) combustion technology is a clean coal combustion technology developed in the past 20 years. QXX circulating fluidized bed(CFB) hot water boiler is mainly used in the heating system of cities and various enterprises.

The boiler has a simple and compact structure. The boiler is composed of the combustion equipment, the coal feeding device, the water cooling system, the separator, the coal economizer, the air preheater, the steel frame, the escalator, the furnace wall and so on. The whole steel frame structure is adopted. The energy saving circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler is arranged in sequence of combustor, separator and tail flue in order to ensure good sealing performance. The high temperature zone adopts a full film wall seal structure, full suspension type, fixed expansion center, aggregate leg and furnace wall water wall composite expansion, improve operation reliability and reduce heat loss. . The furnace is arranged before the furnace. The air required for combustion is provided by one or two air blower. A large number of smoke produced by the combustion of fuel in the furnace is carried. The gas and material are separated by the separator. The separated materials are returned to the furnace to reburn through the return feeder. The temperature in the bed can be adjusted conveniently by adjusting the coal supply, primary air and the two air volume and their proportioning, and the stock of the bed.

  • 1, the combustion efficiency is high: the QXX high speed external circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler has good mixture of gas and solid, and the fuel particles can be circulated, the combustion efficiency can reach 97-99%, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is 85%.

  • 4, high environmental protection performance: mixed with limestone in fuel, economic desulfurization, Ca/S mole ratio of 1.5 to 2.5, desulfurization efficiency up to 85%-90%; NOx emissions can be controlled below 200ppm; slag activity is good, carbon content is low, cement clinker and building materials can be used.
