Boiler Structure

The boiler adopts single pot and natural circulation mode. In general, it is divided into two vertical wells in the front and the tail. The front shaft is a main suspension structure, surrounded by a membrane water wall. From bottom to top, in turn, it is one wind chamber, dense phase area and dilute phase area, and the tail flue from top to bottom is high temperature superheater, low temperature superheater, coal economizer and air preheater. The tail shaft adopts supporting structure, and the two shaft is connected by a vertical cyclone separator, and the lower part of the separator is connected with a return device and a ash cooler. The interior of the combustor and the separator is equipped with anti-wear lining, the front shaft is used as a compress wall, the outer metal shield is placed, and the tail shaft is used as a light furnace wall, and the whole weight of the boiler is borne by eight steel columns.

The boiler uses the ignition (oil or gas) under bed (oil or gas), classifying combustion, the primary air ratio is 50 - 60%, the fly ash cycle is low, the medium temperature separation ash discharge is dry, and the water cooled slag cooler, ash cooler and dust collector are discharged respectively. The furnace is the key to ensure the full combustion of fuel. Using the turbulent bed, the flow rate is 3.5 to 4.5m/s, and the proper section of the furnace is designed. The thin inner lining (high alumina brick) is laid on the wall tube of the furnace. The combustion efficiency can be kept up to 98 - 99% even if the boiler is burned with different fuel.

The inlet temperature of the inlet of the high temperature separator is about 800 degrees Celsius. The inner diameter of the cyclone tube is small and the structure is simplified. Only a thin layer of anti wear lining (silicon nitride brick) is required in the cylinder. It has a long service life. The cycle ratio is about 10 - 20.

The circulation ash conveying system is mainly composed of a return pipe, a return device, an overflow pipe and a ash cooler.

The adjustment process of the bed temperature control system is automatic. A constant value of bed temperature at 850-950 C is maintained throughout the load range. This value is the best desulfurization temperature. When automatic control is not put into operation, manual bed can also maintain a constant bed temperature.
