The DHX circulating fluidized bed steam boiler is an energy-saving circulating fluidized bed(CFB) combustion technology based on the flow state reconstruction. It overcomes two problems of high power and high wear of conventional circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler. At least 30% of the use of this circulating fluidized bed boiler can be reduced, and the wear of the boiler is greatly reduced, the availability of the boiler is increased, and the maintenance and maintenance cost is reduced accordingly.

On the basis of absorbing the advantages of circulating fluidized bed boilers at home and abroad, the boiler has effectively solved the shortage of boiler wear, coking and congestion, high original dust concentration and difficulty in slag discharge by reducing circulation ratio and optimizing the structure of key parts, so as to improve and improve the original circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler.   • 1, High combustion efficiency: due to the intense mass and heat exchange in the fluidized bed, the exchange of unburned coal particles through multiple cycles can increase the residence time in the furnace, which is very beneficial to the burning of the fuel.
  • 2, Wide adaptability of fuel: Circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler can not only burn combustible coals such as bituminous coal and lignite, but also can use combustible coals such as anthracite and so on. Waste slag can be comprehensively used. The carbon content of slag is generally below 2%. Can burn bark, garbage and other biomass fuels.
