SHX series circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler can not only burn ordinary coal and biomass particles, but also can burn anthracite, lean coal, bituminous coal, coal gangue, chain slag, gas making slag and other inferior fuel as well as sulfur bearing high fuel, and can meet the requirements of environmental protection.
The product combustion chamber and the vortex separator consist of a membrane-type water-cooled wall. The vortex separator is located in the upper part of the combustion chamber, and a loopback device is arranged on the left side of the furnace chamber. In the furnace, all small particles with terminal velocity less than the velocity of the flue gas move upward with the flue gas. After entering the cyclone separator, particles larger than the cut particle size are separated, form a material seal in the back channel, and then sent back by the membrane porous semi-self-flow. By adding limestone to the furnace, the corrosion of the equipment to sulfur can be significantly reduced and environmental protection requirements can be achieved.
DH and SH are model codes, indicating model numbers; X indicates combustion methods. The bed temperature of the SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB) is normally controlled at 850°C to 950°C. At the same time, limestone powder is added into the furnace as a desulfurizing agent according to the characteristics of coal combustion, and SO 2 is removed from combustion during the combustion process. The limestone powder has a high desulfurization efficiency in the range of 850°C to 950°C. Circulating fluidized bed boilers can achieve higher desulfurization efficiency with a combustion temperature of 850°C to 950°C. The desulfurization rate can reach 80% to 95%, and the combustion rate is about 5% higher than a pulverized coal furnace.
At the same time, the SHX series circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler can effectively suppress the generation of the thermal reactive NO x at 850 to 950 C, and then add the classified combustion mode into the two air, and effectively control the formation of the fuel type NO X. The emission of NO x is generally below 200m g/Nm 3.
